Indoor Programs Pool

The programs pool is NOT for lap swimming. Available for physio, rehab & exercise clients and patrons with children 5 years and under.
This Pool is not accessible during Learn to Swim programming. Please see the timetable below for public access.

Splish Splash

Our Splish Splash Aqua Playgroup is for babies 6 months and under. It is a non-structured session designed to cater for infant and preschool participants attending with their parents/guardians or appropriate adults carers.

Parents and Babies Aquatic Fitness

Our newest aquatics program, PABA Fit is at Ferny Hills Aquatic Centre. Targeted at parents with babies from 7 weeks to 3 years, it is designed to improve parents’ fitness and to introduce babies to the water. This 30-minute class provides excellent bonding and social opportunities for new parents, and is paced to suit different levels of ability.

The program is comprised of a series of moderately paced, low impact and fat-burning aqua aerobic exercises for the parents, designed with the baby’s age and development in mind.

Regular classes weekly on Wednesdays 8.30am and Fridays 11:45am.

PABA Fit will break from 15 December to 10 January. We resume Wednesday 11 January.

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics classes are an enjoyable and low impact workout. Our sessions are perfect for all fitness levels.

Squad Timetables

Ferny Hills Squads are available for all in our community. If you are seeking fitness or competitive training our coaches can assist you in your goals.
 

Adult Swim Fit

The Adult Fitness Squad has been designed for everyday people wanting to improve their swimming technique and general fitness. 

Sessions are performed at your own pace and are designed to provide stroke development, the basic fundamentals of swimming fitness training and a splash of speed work for variety.
